llustrious Sir Bill Lewis and Lady Mary Ann invite you and your lady to attend the ceremonial and Potentate’s Ball, March 26th and 27th in Billings, MT. Ceremonial on March 27th will be held at the Black Horse Patrol Clubhouse and the Fri night mixer at the Al Bedoo Shrine. The Potentate’s Ball is being held at the Shrine.
Ceremonial Registration is at the Holiday Inn and also at Al Bedoo Shrine. Cost of the registration is $20.00. Cost of Potentate’s Ball tickets is $45.00 per person. NO tickets will be sold at door, must be purchased at the Shine Office (406-259-4384). Please RSVP no later than March 24th for the Ball and rooms at the Holiday Inn. Out of town guests may pick up tickets at the door.
Make your room reservations at the Holiday Inn, 5500 Midland Rd, Billings (406-248-7701) no later than March 24th. Be sure to say you are a Shriner to receive the $75.00 per night room rate.
March 26th from 3-5 PM will be a hospitality room hosted by Illustrious Sir Bill Lewis and Lady Mary Ann at the Holiday Inn for our weary travelers and guests. Room No. 7704
Ceremonial
March 26th, 6-8 PM Mixer at Al Bedoo Shrine in the Lodge Room for fun and fellowship and to introduce the Novices to Shrinedom.
March 27th, 8:00-1:00 Ceremonial at the Black Horse Patrol clubhouse
for the Nobles. Fezzes are required. Transportation will be provided with pick up at 7:30 at the Holiday Inn and the Shrine. Lunch will be served at noon, No bar ‘til after the ceremonial. Ladies lunch at noon at the Shrine hosted by Lady Mary Ann and Aides. Dress code is semi - casual for the ladies luncheon.
Potentate’s Ball
March 27th, 3-5 PM Hospitality Room at the Holiday Inn for our guests hosted by Kalif Shrine of Sheridan Wy, Room No. 7700
Dress code for the Ball is Formal or Semi-formal
5:00-6:00 PM Oasis at Al Bedoo Shrine with hor d’oeuvres and no host bar, come and enjoy fellowship and fun.
6:15– PM Line up visiting dignitaries, march in, fezzing of new Nobles by their ladies, nad introductions. Banquet, Bill of Fare: Prime Rib or Chicken Cordon Bleu with baby red potatoes, baby carrots, spring salad and chocolate dessert. State choice with RSVP The "Smoke Creek" Band starts playing after meal
March 28th
8-11 AM Breakfast for our guests and tear down crew at the Shrine. Thanks for attending the ceremonial and ball, have a safe trip home
